Locally owned and operated in Arvada, Colorado since 2017 — the team behind every truck that leaves the yard on Union Street.

Eureka Dumpster Rental was started in 2017 by Karen Voss, who grew up a few blocks from Ralston Creek and watched Olde Town Arvada change from a quiet rail stop into one of the busiest corners of the Denver metro. Karen had spent years in construction logistics before deciding Arvada homeowners and contractors deserved a dumpster company that actually answered the phone, showed up on time, and treated a driveway or a job site like it mattered. She leased a small yard off Union Street, bought two roll-off trucks, and started delivering dumpsters to remodels in Olde Town and new-build lots pushing west toward Candelas.
Nine years later, that yard on Union is still home base, but the trucks now run to sixteen cities across the metro, from Golden and Wheat Ridge to Thornton and Commerce City. The growth tracks the growth of Arvada itself — the RTD G Line brought redevelopment to Olde Town, and new subdivisions kept spreading toward Candelas and Leyden Rock, each one generating the kind of construction and cleanout debris that built this company. What hasn't changed is how the team operates: dumpsters get scheduled the same day someone calls, drivers know which streets need a permit and which don't, and every container that leaves the yard comes back to be weighed, sorted, and disposed of the right way.
That team is a short list of people who have been with Karen for years. John Keller runs day-to-day operations, Amanda Brooks handles dispatch and logistics so trucks land in the right driveway at the right time, Mark Thompson has been the company's lead driver since nearly the beginning, Lisa Reynolds answers the phone and walks customers through sizing and placement, and David Coleman makes sure every load is disposed of in line with Jefferson County and Colorado rules. It's a small crew running a lot of trucks, and that's on purpose.
By the numbers
Figures are indicative of our current operation.
Eureka Dumpster Rental was built around a simple idea: renting a dumpster shouldn't require an account, a quote form, or three days of waiting to hear back. Every call to the Union Street yard is answered by someone who can quote a size, confirm same-day or next-day delivery, and tell you straight whether a permit is needed for where the container will sit. Karen set that standard in 2017, and it's still how the company runs — call, get an answer, get a dumpster.
John Keller keeps operations moving day to day, making sure trucks, drivers, and containers are where they need to be. Amanda Brooks manages dispatch and logistics, building routes that get a dumpster to a job site in Golden or a driveway in Thornton without wasted trips. Mark Thompson has driven roll-offs for the company since its early years and trains newer drivers on placement and site safety. Lisa Reynolds handles customer support and is usually the voice on the other end of the phone. David Coleman coordinates compliance and disposal, tracking where every load goes and making sure it lines up with Jefferson County and state rules.
The Union Street yard, just outside Olde Town Arvada, stages trucks and empty containers every morning before the day's first deliveries. Drivers work off routes Amanda builds around the day's calls, prioritizing same-day requests and job sites with tight access. Containers come back to the yard at the end of a rental, get inspected, and go back out — the same equipment might deliver to a roof tear-off in Wheat Ridge one day and a garage cleanout in Westminster the next.

What we stand on
Every call gets a real person who can quote a size and schedule delivery on the spot — no forms, no waiting on a callback.
A dumpster that arrives late doesn't help a job site. Delivery windows are built around what a project actually needs.
From Jefferson County placement rules to state disposal requirements, the team handles the details so customers don't have to.
Drivers protect driveways, place containers where they belong, and clean up after themselves.
Faces from the yard
Dispatch, drivers and the yard crew who actually run your job — the same faces whether you call on a Tuesday or a Saturday.
