Roll-off dumpster rental across the Denver metro area

Eureka Dumpster Rental Arvada runs out of a yard on 5460 Union in Arvada, near Olde Town Arvada. Karen Voss started the company in 2017 with one truck, and the reason was simple enough: renting a dumpster meant an out-of-state call center, vague pricing and a delivery window nobody could actually promise. So we do the opposite. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we actually hit. A person on the phone rather than a form on a website.

Arvada and the towns around it have changed enormously in the last decade. Redevelopment around Olde Town and the RTD G Line station has brought infill construction and remodel work into older, established neighborhoods, while new-construction subdivisions keep spreading west toward Candelas and Leyden Rock. Older Arvada streets near Ralston Creek are going through a different kind of job than the new-build west side — hail-damage roof replacements, kitchen and bath remodels, whole-house cleanouts. Knowing which is which before the truck arrives is most of the job.

Whatever you are clearing — a hail-damaged roof, a family home, a new-construction site or a yard full of storm debris — the container exists for it. Call (720) 627-6880 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works

Four steps, one phone call

Most bookings take under four minutes.

  1. 1

Call and tell us the job

One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.

  2. 2

We size it and quote it flat

You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.

  3. 3

    Delivered where you want it

The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or jobsite. If the surface needs protection we will say so before we set it down.

  4. 4

    Load at your own pace

Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.

  5. 5

We haul it and sort it right

Clean concrete, metal and green waste get routed for recovery rather than landfilled where we can. You get your driveway or lot back the way you left it.

Local knowledge

Sixteen cities, and we know the driveways

There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which Arvada streets run tight with infill construction, which Candelas and Leyden Rock subdivisions are still going up, and what US-36 and Wadsworth Boulevard traffic is doing on a given afternoon.

Our service area page lists every city we cover, grouped by how close each one is to the yard, and each city has its own page covering access, housing stock and the local rules we run into.

Why us

Why people call us back

  • You reach the yard, not a call center

The phone rings at 5460 Union in Arvada. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight Olde Town Arvada infill lot and a wide-open new-construction site out toward Candelas, and what US-36 traffic is doing that afternoon.

  • One flat price, said out loud

Delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.

  • Same-day in Arvada, next-day across the metro

Call early and most Arvada-area orders go out the same day. Farther towns like Broomfield or Commerce City are usually next-day — honestly, and in advance.

  • Driveway and lot aware

Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a tighter lot or new-construction site needs a different approach.

  • The right box, not the biggest

Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your concrete load, that is what we will quote you.

  • Built for hail season and growth

Arvada and the north-Jeffco corridor are some of the fastest-growing and hardest-hit-by-hail parts of Colorado. We size jobs for both, from a single roof tear-off to a subdivision going up lot by lot.

Credentials

What you are actually hiring

Straightforward, checkable facts about who you would be working with — no invented star ratings or reviews.

  • Licensed and insured

Fully insured for general liability and commercial auto. A certificate of insurance goes to your property manager, general contractor or builder on request, usually the same day.

  • Nine years, one owner

Karen Voss started the company in 2017 and still runs it. The number on this page reaches the Arvada yard, not an answering service in another state.

  • All 16 metro cities

Olde Town Arvada to the foothills and everywhere between. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book, not after.

  • Sorted for recovery, not the landfill

Clean concrete, scrap metal and green waste get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever the local facilities allow it — good practice, not a state mandate here.

Permits & Regulations

Dumpster Permit Rules by City: Denver Metro Guide

Driveway placement almost never needs a permit anywhere in the Denver metro - but the moment a dumpster touches the street, the rules change city by city. Here is what each of the 16 cities Eureka Dumpster Rental serves actually requires, starting with Arvada's confirmed rule.

Answers

Dumpster rental in Arvada — your questions

How much does it cost to rent a dumpster in Arvada?

The price depends on the container size, how dense the debris is, how long you keep it and how far out the delivery address is. What matters more is how the price is built. Ours is a flat rate covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay unless the load goes over that weight. Call with a short description of the job and you will get a firm number on that call, not a callback.

How quickly can you deliver a dumpster in Arvada?

In Arvada, a morning call is often an afternoon delivery. Farther cities in our service area — Broomfield, Commerce City and similar — usually run next-day rather than same-day. Jobsite swap-outs get priority over new deliveries, because a full container stops a crew working.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Arvada?

It depends on where the container sits. On your own driveway or in your garage, the City of Arvada does not require a permit. Anything placed in the public right-of-way — a street, alley or city easement — needs a right-of-way permit from the city, capped at 40 yards, kept clear of fire hydrants and corners, and pulled by the company that owns the container. Our city-by-city permit guide covers the pattern across the metro.

What can't go in a dumpster in Colorado?

Hazardous waste of any kind, paint and solvents, fuel and oil, propane tanks, asbestos, refrigerant appliances, ammunition and medical waste are never allowed. Colorado's disposal rules are enforced closely along the Front Range, and the hazardous-material list above applies everywhere — it is the material that gets pulled and charged back if it turns up in a load.

Will a dumpster damage my driveway?

A loaded roll-off is heavy, and boards go under the rails as standard on every placement to spread that weight out. Tell us if the surface is anything other than a standard concrete or asphalt driveway — gravel, a newer pour, or a lot with soft ground — and we will talk through the right approach before the truck arrives.

Which dumpster size do I need?

Volume and weight are two separate limits and the material decides which one stops you first. Household clear-outs and construction offcuts run out of space, so size up. Concrete, brick, tile and landscape rock run out of weight with the box barely a third full, so size down and fill it part way. The 20 yard suits most whole-project jobs; the 10 yard is the right answer for anything heavy.

Do you deliver across all of the Denver metro area?

Yes, all 16 cities we cover. Distance is real, so a Broomfield or Commerce City run is scheduled next-day rather than same-day and is not priced identically to an Arvada delivery. We tell you both things on the phone before anything is booked.

When is the best time of year to book?

Right after a hail storm and through the summer building season are our busiest stretches, without question. Outside those windows, contractors are more available and containers are easier to schedule. If your job has to run during a busy window, book as far ahead as you can.
